Terrible experience at McDonald’s Lakeshore location. I ordered a hot coffee with 3 oat milk and 4 Splenda through the drive-thru, and what I received was iced cold. I went inside to get it fixed, but no one came to the front to help. After waiting around, they refused to change the coffee. To make things worse, there were three employees just standing together chatting, completely ignoring customers. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service. I recently visited McDonald's, and it was a total disaster. They forgot to put a bun on my burger! Seriously, how do you mess that up? The play area was just okay, nothing special. And don't even get me started on the fountain drinks—they tasted like cardboard. I expected better! Definitely not going back anytime soon.
