I've been meaning to do this for a while now! Sharron, who is at the first drive thru window is an Absolute gem! She is so friendly, efficient, greeting me with a smile everytime. Sharron is the meaning of excellent customer service. Thank you Sharron!!!
I went to drive thru and order a few meals ice creams and 2 muffins. I was in a cab, which took me thru drive thru while driving to west kelowna noticed diddnt have my muffins - called that evening and got told that there isn't anything they can do. Which is total bull and I paid for items and didn't get them, I'm not trying to scam something- this goes to all the people that have scammed them for a free something when a person really pays they throw the hand up to them. Unreal!
Quick service, hot food, and friendly staff. The atmosphere is nice and well-kept. One of the better McDonald’s locations 👍
