I wrote a similar review for the new McDonalds downtown and frankly the same problem is happening here. I don't blame McDonalds or the staff they have both been excellent but this location also has a problem with homeless / drug users inside the restaurant loitering at the front counter harassing customers asking for free food and / or money. Does McDonald's has really improved. I'm amazed to say that they've really cleaned it up. Congratulations to the managers and the workers. My order was messed up and the manager fixed it and made it all okay.
The morning staff are by far the nicest people I have ever met! The service is super fast too!
Usually only get a coffee here. While paying for my order, an employee (Sirat) gave me my coffee while I was still paying for it! That was very nice of her and super efficient. It happened again today (3/15/2026). Big thanks to Christina for delivering my coffee while I was still paying for it. Much appreciated!
