I've been a semi-regular at this location for several years; while it can, at times, be a bit chaotic with heavy foot traffic and business, especially during the summer months, it has held strong in its public servicing. I have had a few order blunders, as does happen in that line of work, but they have never failed to make corrections with friendly, timely service. Fast food service is a beast of another kind. I commend these guys for what they do.
Always a busy resturant with somewhat of a wait. Oh yeah, they charge for your favorite condiments, barbecue sauce and the like.
I made a mobile order for a Big Mac with my rewards. I pulled up only to Amanda, the apparent manager glaring at my daughter and I and loudly expressing our order had been cancelled. The receipt I was given was apparently for a quarter pounder, I didn’t look because I was driving up to the window. Not my error or problem. I was not the one working the drive thru.
