Im sorry, but this is unacceptable! $18 for a kids meal and a Big Mac meal. The patties on the Big Mac and the kids cheese burger was so thin that I’m not even sure there was meat in them. I even tried to eat just the patties by itself but I couldn’t, disgusting. Needless to say, I threw it away and didn’t let my son eat his. Anoche pasé por la ventanilla y la persona de ese turno fue bien grosera no me pareció como me trató me faltó al respeto es muy grosero .se queja de que no lo dejan salir y que ya es tarde pues para que trabaja. No me atendió bien en mi pedido .
I go to McDonald’s more than I care to admit, so I have an expectation of what service to receive. My experience here was just embarrassing. First waited 15 minutes in drive-thru pickup spot, no big deal. Then go inside to check on order, along with two other customers doing the same thing. I’m asked what my order was FOUR different times while waiting inside for another 20 minutes. The last time I was asked, I just gave up on them. Keep the $20 I paid you and use it on customer service training.
