Very slow drive through
Over the past 4 years, I've been a somewhat frequent customer of the McDonald's restaurant in Dripping Springs, Texas. The quality of food or lack thereof in conjunction with the unpredictable quality of service is quite frustrating. 1. The food quality is inconsistent. I've gotten fries that we're under salted, over-salted, or tasted like they were soaked in grease for a week. I once got a cheeseburger with a giant thumbprint pressed right into the middle of the bun. 2. I've had several botched orders in which I did not get... read more
Terrible customer service. Placed a mobile order for pickup, got there and was told they didn’t have it. Showed receipt and credit card charge showing it was placed. No one would speak with us in the restaurant, and finally when someone would we were told we had to pay for it again and reorder.
