If I could go be a ZERO for customer service, I would! Been going here a long time. The lady at the window that took my order was beyond rude. When I got to the window, I asked her if she had charged for the small Diet Coke I ordered. She said no. Next, she says, “ I have a question”. “I asked you if everything was correct on screen, you ( meaning me) said Yes.” I realize she is talking to me and stated, I just need to add a small Diet Coke. This place is always really hot inside! Especially the kids playground. I don’t understand why they don’t turn the AC on. This is the 3rd straight time it’s like this.
