Terrible service! I stood at the register, waiting for somebody to take my order for five minutes. So I guess you have to order it at the kiosk.
Waited 25+ minutes on a drive through order we placed in advance. Quit cutting corners and hire more people.
Usually this location does really well, but today, not so much. I sat at the drive thru number 4 spot, watched others get their food before I did, even though I’d been there longer. Fast food is under paid, and It’s a hard job. EVERYONE should be required to work it at least once. I completely understand things happen, but do better planning please. I should not have to wait to be forgotten about, and then have to back through the drive thru just to get a simple order
