If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru completely unacceptable. When I finally got to the window and suggested a discount for the ridiculous wait, the employee had the audacity to say, “There’s only 3 people working,” with zero apology or accountability. That’s not my problem it’s theirs. This location is a complete disaster. The machines are always broken, service is slow, and the staff clearly doesn’t care. At first you can say that I was ready to give them one star but the manager seen me having a issue dropped what she was doing and assisted my family and I with the quickness! I was well pleased with the outcome 😃
Left me sitting forever, manager needs to do better! Food was cold too, won't be back!
