Placed an order on the app, my card was charged and spent 20 minutes at the location discussing with them about my order which apparently they never got. I had email evidence and credit card charge. Then I tried calling the location many times and no one ever picked. I will call my credit card to dispute the charge. I am currently outraged of $60 and no one appears to be willing to help.
The weirdest thing happened today at this location it was around 8:30 p.m. and I pulled up to get my order I ordered a few cheeseburgers and some chicken nuggets and a couple cookies I was waiting in line for 30 minutes there was nobody else in front of me just three people behind me I couldn't believe how long it took usually this location is fast I looked inside and I could see nobody.
