Did not open on time and couldn’t get refund through app. App said I could only get it in store but no one would answer the phone when called or at the speaker I’m drive thru

The service here is usually amazing from several workers. Today, there was a younger male kid working expo in the drive thru. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He definitely does not need to work in customer service unless he has an attitude change. Food was good and fresh tasting.
