Understaff they need more people to work and the machines don’t even work that they put in to make the service faster
Absolutely horrible.
First off, they only hire people who speak Spanish here, so every time we order, they can't understand what we are saying. Then we order mcdoubles get no mustard, no pickles, no onions, and one burger on it. It was disgusting. And to top it off, we get no sauces, even asked for the sauces we ordered and they said we got to pay. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Try the gap McDonald's they are the best.
Went to McDonald's on a rainy day and completely wasted my time. Rode my bike there just to get an incomplete order — missing my hash brown and most of my food. Spent $17 for a meal I didn’t even get. Tried to talk to staff twice and they ignored me. Employees were in the back laughing instead of helping customers. Terrible service. Not coming back
