A lobby full of customers waiting to order and management is yelling across the kitchen area to the only girl taking orders to "stop taking orders and let us get caught up" . Im not sure thats the way that should work.
I am a patient person and I understand if the place is busy. But there was no line the place wasn't packed. A person came by the window several times and walked away. I placed an online order like 10 mins ahead of me getting there.... yet no one came to the window. 3 people drove around us. But we were coming from a funeral and just wanted to get food and go home. Every time I come in the morning (4am) they tell me their system is rebooting and I won’t be able to order for 15 mins due to “it transitioning to breakfast”. Also nobody ever at the register
