This place has a roach infestation. I was eating inside once and had two roaches crawl near my table. Absolutely disgusting, especially since this used to be my go-to.
Customer service is on par with the IRS. Team members were busy flirting and joking with each other over the radio. We heard raised voices in the kitchen area. We waited around 10 minutes in the drive-thru from start to finish, and there was only one vehicle ahead of us.
