The first biscuit was hard as a rock, had to take back. Second one, all the honey butter was on the wrapper not on biscuit
Had yet another poor experience at my local McDonalds. Since the new building has been put in place the team cannot get it together. They forget items in the bag that are bought and paid for, they get drink orders wrong and we definitely do not trust them with money... thank goodness for the app payment system. This time they shorted us a whole burger and gave us very stale nuggets, no napkins and my husbands burger was missing a patty. Over charged, then they argued that they were too busy to fix it. Then they wanted me to circle back around to reorder all the food to get my order fixed. Finally got the manager who was very rude immediately said there is nothing she can do and told me to leave. Cant stress how narrow minded and ignorant the management and most of the staff was. Highly recommend driving an hour to get something else.
Food was good, customer service was good and for feeding 5, price wasn't bad for the breakfast. Thanks McDonald's
