Horrible personality working the drive thru, she didn't utter a word or even make eye contact. I don't understand why management would put this young lady to work with customers it blows my mind
We were the only people in waiting area. No one else at all... No one came to us for 10 minutes, no one even looked at us ...as if ..if they made eye contact they may have to help us... We only had a $5 meal and yet v still took over 20 minutes to get order...
Pulled up. "Wait please" The other line has cars pulling up, ordering, pulling ahead. Finally, they take my order. Cut me off 4x. I then see my order vanish from the screen, get replaced by the order in the image, and the employee eventually says, "pull on up." I try to confirm my order 1st but no one answers. At the window, I have to restate my order again. The food was somehow still cold and not very good. An absolute train wreck of a McDonald's. And that's saying something.
