Many staffers always have such a negative attitude. Makes it seem as though, I, a paying customer, am an inconvenience to them. On my recent interaction they were rude during all 3 times I communicated (speaker, window 1, and window 2) and when my order was wrong, the window was shut and no one came to help. Seems to be an ongoing issue here. Going downhill.

Best McDonald's in town. They are always super nice to me. Even when they mess up the order they fix it and are super nice about it. My favorite McDonald's in town! Id rather drive the extra mile to get to this McDonald's. The university is closest but this north st McDonald's always treats me so well id rather go here. Love them! Thanks you for your great food and employees!!
