This McDonald's in Greenfield California is the most best one I go every single day and I get the best people. I know sometimes McDonald's people can me rule but maybe they have a bad day the it still the best. McDonald's plz give me something free or a discount

It's a hit or miss with this place. But I just want to complain about these dumb straws, they get soggy so quick…change back to plastic straws!!
One the worse service in the area, Greenfield and Soledad. All employees including thr management lack professionalism and customer service. The district manager is the same I spoke to him and he didnt want to hear about my experience. You cant have kids running a restaurant. Food was cold, they wanted to charge me for BBQ sauce and ketchup even tho we order chicken nuggets. No sauces were included with our meals. The manager Anthony, JC and Antonio need customer service training.
This may be worst McDonald’s in the country. The drive thru experience was atrocious. The attendant could have cared less about getting our order right. Every order taken ended with, “is that it?”. Our filet o fish had the cheese made on the packaging instead of the filet. Gross 🤮
