Be wary, pretty sure there are paid reviews. A year later, and nothing has improved—if anything, it’s gotten worse. The staff still seems lazy, and my order was wrong, even though it was something basic and simple. Today, I watched five different cars—including mine—sit and wait for orders, all of which were incorrect. One employee even went inside claiming no one else was waiting outside, completely ignoring us. Even the DoorDasher couldn’t get the order in time. To top it off, we were hit with an unexpected upcharge.
WOW!! Paulita and Tasia phenomenally served my group of 16 with the BEST customer service and care that I’ve ever experienced in fast food. They should absolutely be recognized by McDonald’s corporate for their gold standard in customer care. Thank you ladies and team so much for getting us (and the ton of other people there) served quickly and correctly. You all rock!
