Slooooooooooooow. Forgot my curbside order on counter for nearly 20 min. Hadn't even made the drink yet. So much for fast food. Edit: not much better. Playroom is ok.
I just witnessed a guy telling the female employee to put the ice cream cone back inside the machine after it’s already been made and they went around to the play room to see who ordered it but nobody claimed it… all the germs that took place and then seeing them put it back in the machine that’s a big No !!! Some of them need to be retrained. Service is slow even when there is no line… in the lobby nor the drive thru. I was going to order ice cream but nvm on that.
I tried to give them one more chance and it was a miserable fail!! Cold food, rude people and crazy slow service. Sad what this world has become! This is the actual temp of the food rite out of drive through!
They're the only McDonald's that charges a $1.29 for their senior drinks which is regular price other places charge 79 cents so I guess I'll look for someplace else that charges what they're supposed to charge, I know it's a little bit but it's the principle of it they have been charging me $0.79 the next thing I knew it was up to $1.29
