Decided to try McDonald's again because my daughter loves it. So on the way home we sit in the drive through in a long line. This was at 1015pm mind you. Get to the intercom and the kid answering tells us they are not taking orders because they have nothing. Started off with having to tell the girl at the drive through my mobile code 3 times and she was “confused” and mixing up 4 numbers… then tried to order a medium vanilla latte WITH caramel drizzle and substitute the whole milk for cream and you would’ve thought I asked her a rocket science question. So after watching her try to figure that out on the screen for a minute or 2 I told her don’t even worry about it I’ll drink it with the milk.
