Everytime i come here always a laundry list of issues. I order 50$ worth of food and get to the window the employee says" what you get"? They dont know what drinks, food or anything we got. then get a attitude when im hand them the reciept back like figure it out!!. Like its not my job to do your job for you! Frap machine not working.
10:49pm This management company needs improvement. Don’t eat here it is bad customer service. I dont eat here but had a taste for french fries. I walked into the store there was already an older gentleman waiting to order. Not one person helped him. So he left. Carlos ( manager ) never recognized that I was standing there. Didnt ask if I needed help or if I wanted to order. An older kind gentleman was told by Carlos to shut & lock the doors I was still standing at the register.
