They forgot half my order 2 meals quarter pounder meal chicken nugget mean forgot my fries and has 2 apple pies only got 1 tried calling no answer and had coupons for value meals and said I could only use 1 per transaction bug missed my fried and applied pie

I walked 10 minutes to get there at 10:15 PM, but the door was closed. The sign on the door says you’re open until 11 PM, and Google Maps also shows you as open. When I asked, the lady told me you were already closed. If you close at 10 PM, why does the sign say 11 PM and Google Maps show you as open? I walked 10 minutes to get there based on the hours you posted. Please update your hours so customers don’t waste their time.

Went to pick up an order, no one at the counter, stood there for approx. 10 mins while I watched multiple employees going back and forth I attempted to get their attention multiple times but was ignored. Finally I kinda got loud and was able to get what looked like a managers attention. I told him I had an order to pick up and he said he was working on it, I still waited another 10 mins , so in total I waited 20 mins for an order that was ordered online 20 mins before I got there.
