Front end service needs lots of improvement. The person taking my order didn't even speak. Saw a young man try to get something after his order and he gave up since no one would come out to see what he needed.

Dear Lesley, I feel compelled to express my frustration and disappointment after my recent visit to your McDonald's location. Quite frankly, the experience was one of the worst I've had at any fast food establishment — and that is saying a lot. From the disorganized service to the apathetic attitude of the staff, it was clear that leadership — or lack thereof — is part of the problem.
