They don't know how to do a hiring process. I applied at this location and had an interview with someone who wasn't the GM because he was on the cooks line. They never called back after the interview, so I called 5 times. When I finally got through I got told they don't know who did my interview, they don't remember me l, and they weren't going to be moving forward with me.
The lack of management in this store is horrible. Waiting over 20 minutes after being parked in the drive Thur then still having to go inside to get the order. Two other people from the drive thru also had to go in one had been waiting for over 30 minutes. Even after giving the employees the receipt for the order it was still brought out wrong. Complete lack of any direction from any sort of manager on duty.
What’s the point of the order ahead option if they’re not making the order ahead??? I ordered breakfast before they closed and when I showed up, they said they couldn’t serve it because it wasn’t breakfast! Yes, NOW it’s not but it was when I ordered. It should’ve been made already.
