This review is in reference to the amazing customer service I received ! I'm not certain how to spell his name , but Caiden/Kaiden (works in the drive thru) and London (works drive thru) both have excellent customer service ! Every time I stop here they happen to be working and both go the extra mile to ensure that my order is correct and received in a timely manner ! It's not every day when come across youth who are polite and greet you with a positive attitude ! These two definetly should qualify for employee of the month ... read more
I was legit just in this McDonald's and had the rudest interaction i have ever had at a McDonald's. I placed my order on the kiosk, 40 nuggets and a large sprite with no ice, and went to wait at the counter. I'll admit that the completed the nuggets very fast but they forgot the drink entirely. I wasn't able to flag anyone down so i waited till the worker put the next order up on the counter and quickly asked her for my drink. God forbid you order a single double quarter pounder here. You’ll be waiting for 15+ minutes with not a single person behind you or in front of you. .
