Went there for lunch today and my buns were kinda burned they threw dirty ketchup packets on top of my basket of fries common sense would tell you to cover the fries with extra paper just plan nasty and careless. 🥵
Don't do it
The staff is friendly but the service is extremely slow. I'd understand if it was crowded but it wasn't.
Ordered 2 McDoubles and a large fry, the beef on the McDoubles was close to burnt and didn’t have a good taste, basically as far from a McDonald’s McDouble as I’ve ever had. The fries were flimsy, half cooked and tasted like old fryer oil. Every other McDonald’s I’ve been to in the Augusta area has been consistently great and food tastes as it should, not this one. The way fast food prices are nowadays, paying this much, this kind of quality is inexcusable. I recommend passing this McDonald’s to go to the next one nearby.
