My order was wrong, i got 2 10 pcs nuggets and i had ordered 1 10 pc and a quarter pounder, i called the store 3 times and no one picked up!!!
Waiting for my food and observed a very abusive manager belittle her young employees. When I left one of the girls was outside crying. I asked one of the gentlemen for her name, he gladly said Natasha. I encouraged him to speak to HR and explained no matter the position no one should be allowed to speak to you that way. Someone higher up than this awful woman needs to reprimand this manager. The way these poor hardworking employees are spoken to and about in front of customers is disgusting.
