We placed a mobile order and, unfortunately, had a frustrating experience. While checking the bag, we got distracted by the fact that the condiments were missing, but later realized they also forgot to include the fries. That means all three meal orders were incomplete. It’s frustrating to pay for a full meal and not receive everything. Attention to detail is important, especially for mobile orders where customers rely on accuracy. Very disappointed.
