Grabbed food for my son before a long appointment. Checked bag to make sure everything was in the bag. Didn't realize i needed to pull the sandwich out of the bag to check. Ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup only and got a chicken sandwich with cheese. Was not given a receipt. Stopped back to have it rectified but was told " too bad, you need a receipt" . Won't visit this location again...I mean... we're talking about a $2 cheeseburger.
Couldn’t answer a question ! Bad service and food was cold
Tried to get food a half hour before closing. Right before we hit enter on an online order, a staff member runs out to say they're closing early (several were sitting outside on their phones) . Had to drive way out of the way to get our son food at a better run McDonalds. Frustrating that this happens so much lately.
