Workers (one short Asian woman and a Black male) here close the store way earlier than actual closing time on their own, I don’t think corporate is aware of this - we came at 9:41pm and the door was closed, we went inside because the door opened from someone coming out and they glared at us once we entered and said to one another “Asians right there” - the kiosk was clearly functioning as if the store is still open but they kicked us out of the store and told us only drive thru is open. There was a bad situation when I ordered my food, some lady came and stole my food and ran. The staff handled it perfectly and made me my food again. It should also be known that the store is incredibly dirty and orders are often incorrect.

my mom and i, who are visiting from out of town, ordered 2 drinks - a large dr. pepper and a large unsweetened tea. not only was the order taker rushing us, but we waited about 10 minutes at the pay window and no one talked to us. it seems like the car in front of us dealt with the same situation, but when we made it to the food window, the girl told us our total, had us paid, then asked what we got. that isn't the worst thing, but we waited another couple minutes for our two drinks and she asked if we had food with the orde... read more
