Unsafe and disgusting
It so clean and beautiful and good service 5 star
Rude or unfriendly staff, with little acknowledgement or politeness. Often time consuming and poor communication. Barely one or two I have noticed being friendly and polite. Not kept up to clean in house dining. Very poor standards in these times that too from a franchise like McDonald's.
The security guard is very rude. I wanted to use the restroom, it was a long line but it was another one available. Instead of telling me that information appropriately or politely, he just yelled at me. Come on guys! Where it’s the customer service? Is this the training that McDonald’s offers here — in the city? Really hope improvements here. Bye.
