Went to the drive thru and ordered. Got to the window to recieve the order and they forgot the cone for my daughter. I guess the guy taking my order didn't hear me say that so I said its fine ill just add it. They told me I couldn't add it and would have to drive around. I asked to speak to manager because I was told I couldn't add it. Her name was Tiffany and she was so rude and unprofessional. This is one of McDonald's faster drive thru's. Simple order or large order , it hasn't mattered.
Had to go back because they forgot my food. Fries were horrible and cold. Had to wait 15 minutes for my order.
Couldn't dine in. The restaurant smelled entirely too strongly of bleach.
