Visited this location recently and had a disappointing experience with the cashier. She was quite rude and had an attitude from the start. I was served a spoiled strawberry shake, and when I politely asked for a replacement, she rolled her eyes as if I was asking for something for free. I simply expect to receive what I paid for. I understand customer service can be tiring, but professionalism and courtesy should still be maintained.
