Placed my order this morning via drive thru for hotcakes & a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle meal. Paid, fella at the window told me to pull up, I kindly asked for ketchup in the bag & pulled up. 10 minutes later I am still waiting on my food, after watching 8 cars get their orders & 3 in line behind me. An employee came out with a frappe and I told him that I am still waiting on my order. I went through for a late night dinner and let me tell you I will never be coming back. Service was slow, and they forgot my food. 30$ wasted on mid food and I didn't even get my fries. Went back not even 30 mins later to get them and they told me to in lack of other words f*** off. Terrible

had a large fry missing from my order, I came back to get it, they said they couldn't replace it since I didn't call ahead and I didn't have a receipt even though I wasnt handed a receipt in the first place, how are you not going to give me something I paid for and you didn't put in my bag? robbery.

We waited for over 25 minutes in the drive through line for two 10pc nuggets, one big Mac, and three medium fries. We never received any of our food. We finally decided to go inside and get a refund. The refund took another 10 mins as no one seemed to want to talk to anyone at the counter.This is the worst managed McDonald's in all of Marion county, and it doesn't have to be.
