Ordered food through mobile app, waited 20 min and they still hadn't come out with my food. Called store, no answer so I went inside. The whole place smelled like they had smoked a whole bowl inside and there were some needy customers at counter. I heard some one in back complaining about a mobile order and I was only one in that spot so I just walked out! I will not return.
Has to be the worst McDonald’s in the country. Waiting over 30 minutes (only 4 cars in front of me btw) for an online pick up. NOT the first instance. Officially giving up on this location. Workers taking smoke breaks while there are two cars that have been waiting for well over 30 minutes.
This Mcdonalds is awful and the black guy at the counter today has the worst customer service ever. They just ignore people with doordash orders and the counter completely and not talking to anybody in the lobby. The whole place needs to be re trained this is awful and why people dont come here
Horrible service, the worst mcdonalds in kzoo. Dirty, the employees will talk sh*t right in front of you. Food takes 50 minutes to come out (if people stay) one of them called me fat under her breath. The 9th street mcdonalds and the paw paw one would never do this. Hire better people. They did give extra food seemingly to compensate for that but didn’t provide an explanation and many others were still waiting. This location usually has long wait times but never this long, I would just go to... read more
