Ordered on the app at 9:20 pm with 5 cars already in line, line built to 10 cars before we got to order our food. Waited 30 minutes for a 2 cheeseburger meal, ice cream machine was conveniently not working, the car in front of us waited even longer and just left as we pulled up to the window. Terrible service, unacceptable wait time for fast food, and of course ice cream machine does not work. Would not recommend this place.
i hate the kiosk. I just want you to acknowledge my existence when I walk into the store just somebody say something like will be right with you. There is a lack of customer service
