The manager Sharon is very rude,nasty and gave me a hard time just about taking a few extra napkins upon my first visit 3 weeks ago. Since then the manager Sharon has continued to be rude, abrupt and very unprofessional. She dislikes me for no reason and I never did anything to her, therefore her behavior is totally unacceptable. I lived in Palm Bay for 15 and 1/2 years prior and when she worked there as an employee even, she had this attitude and singled me out for no reason and I have to wonder is it because I'm Caucasian?... read more
Rude staff and too often they are not prepared with what's needed to do business. No change, no straws, no ketchup, no large cups (will take your order for a large drink and charge you for a large. Then give you a small at the window and when you question what they are giving you will just say we have no large cups and hand you a small then dismiss you and close the window) I bet they get away with it a lot because I'm sure there are many people like myself who were made late for work and don't have time to argue after being... read more
This place is disgusting. The health department should be notified. The kids playground inside is absolutely filthy and dirt is caked on the AC air handler and mildew on the walls. My child came home with black socks from playing in there for only 30 minutes. This owner should be fined and shut down. Outside sidewalks are caked with grease. Spend some money and clean it up.
If there was an option for 0 stars, I'd choose -2.5 imagine waiting at the window for 10 minutes just to receive a refund with a "yeah we aren't going to do business with you anymore" because I expected my fast food... At least faster than 10 minutes. Had I known I would wait 10 minutes on food, I would've gone to Habanero Grill and got real food.
