Went in this location to purchased some chicken nuggets and fries and upon entering I wanted to wash my hands. A lady named Maria or Marie was going to clean the bathroom so I said I need to go in to wash my hands. She said no and entered and closed the door. I waited 5 minutes and she came out and then I was trying to get in and she said no again and slammed the door. I said lady, I am a customer and how are you telling me I can’t enter the bathroom. Went thru the drive thru, ordered, coffee,and oatmeal with fruit. Upon receiving the items I verified with the employee whether the oatmeal and fruit were in the bag, the young man assured me that they were. When I got to my destination, in the bag was pancake syrup with butter, and a knife and fork.
The best attention, Iori was the cashier he was great and very helpful choosing my order
No ketchup no sweet n sour. Disappointed
