Why would you take only mobile or door dash orders instead of drive ups makes no sense
We came through the drive-thru the first time and the woman was on her phone at the drive through window (wearing her personal earpiece) and our fries were cold and stale when we got our food; when we got to the window the second time we were met with terrible customer service the guy seemed annoyed we came back but was like "pull around" and we were like 'you know.okay thank you'; but the lady yelled at us for wanting the fries made fresh since we had originally gotten cold and stale fries.
