Been waiting for a long time in the drive thru they dont know how to do customer service having a long line of cars waiting to order
After sitting in the drive thru for ten minutes I drove up to the window only to discover the entire crew sitting in the lobby doing nothing, taking no orders, making no food.

So first, apparently the employees don't speak 🤷♂️ I paid, got to the second window and the girl opens the window and hands my drink out with out speaking one word; same for the second. I asked for a drink carrier. She closed the window and I guess went to get one. Since she didn't tell me she was doing that, I'm just sitting there, sticky drinks in my hands, not knowing what to do next. She brings the carrier and without a word, hands it to me.
