All I did was order a double quarter pounder, just the sandwich, the girl at the first window was sitting on her knees didn’t say anything but the total and then the change we would be receiving back, go to the second window and waited 5 minutes just for the girl to walk up and ask us to “park in spot one”. There was no one in the lobby and one other car in line which also got parked. This isn’t the first unfriendly experience here. Very seldom do I come to this location for this exact reason.

Sat in the drive through and was ignored, the person on the speaker only serviced one lane! So I switched it to curbside so they have to bring it to me since they can’t tend to the drive thru properly and I waited forever again before canceling my order all together. I went inside and the lady told me she didn’t have an order for me and I showed her my receipt and she still didn’t help me.

Without fail they always get something wrong. This time, I went in the drive thru and along with the rest of my food, I ordered a 10 piece nugget. My order was correct on the drive thru screen. I got to the window and they didn’t give me my nuggets so I asked about it and they said it wasn’t part of the order and forced me to either go back through the drive thru or drive around and come inside to order them AGAIN.
