Food was fine. Employees are a different story. No one manning the counter. All hanging out in the kitchen. When the cashier finally did take our order, she was not friendly. 2026 update: service and staff are absolutely awful. If you approach the counter, they literally shout at you "use the kiosk!" Some of the laziest people I've encountered in food service. I've been visiting this particular location for more than 30 years, since I was a teen. It's becoming a real 3rd world dump.
They charge a dollar for tap water. The server said small is free, but our manager doesn’t allow us to press that button. So we have to charge for water. What a complete rip off. Charging for tap water.
The lady taking our food and not only stiffed us on our food but was also super rude and told us to be patient when we tried to bring it up and we ended up standing there for 10 minutes and completely ignored us. Other people in the group place also had difficulties and she was also super rude and stiffed them too overall bad customer service.
