I don't usually leave reviews, but this was a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, I was left sitting at the drive-thru speaker for several minutes without anyone responding. Once I reached the window, employees appeared to be arguing with each other, which created an unprofessional atmosphere. I ordered two drinks and had to repeat my order multiple times, yet I was still given the wrong drink. Lol, really? Leaving 2 stars because at least it isn't an empty box.
15 minutes, even after using their stupid kiosk. You can see the time on my receipt and I took a screenshot of my phone when they handed me the food. I was told they were waiting on the food sounds good it would be nice but the food came out cold so what exactly were you waiting for
