I had to pull up to wait for my food for over 10 mins. I walk in and they are standing around talking, obviously forgot about my order. Then I get home and my order was wrong. I only ordered an egg McMuffin, and they couldn’t get that right. So I’m adding to my first review. Once again they screwed up my order. This place used to be to be awesome. It sure has gone downhill in the last 6 months. First window is never open do obviously they are confused and overwhelmed. What a shame.
The most incompetent people to ever work in a fast food

I’ve had two very unpleasant experiences at this McDonald’s with the same person, who seems to be the manager or supervisor (fair skin, short, blonde hair). His attitude is rude and completely unprofessional. The first time, I was with my two young children, one of them a baby. I selected table service because it was impossible for me to carry the trays, yet he refused to bring the food to my table and forced me to pick it up at the counter.
