Food has been going down hill but prices go up
I just went and ordered breakfast. The girl helped me fairly quickly but the food came out and it was rock solid and cold. Also, I used the bathroom while there and there were roaches in the bathroom all over the walls. On top of that, when I called and nicely explained about my food, the girl was rude and hung up on me. This place is just wow, is all I can say.
This is the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. Every single time you go through the drive through, they make you pull around and then you have to wait 30 minutes. When the food finally gets brought out it is always absolutely terrible and freezing cold anyway. I have gotten fries and burgers multiple times that are actually too hard to eat. This place is significantly going down hill. Pushing everyone to Kiosks, inside is always FILTHY, customer service is horrible. If you are not in the drive through good luck. I'm currently at my second inside order thats running over a 20 minute wait while watching them run drive through orders. I will be going to Locke family McDonalds from now on. Such a joke.
