After 20 minutes and 2 cars ahead of me to place a order. The line did not move! I gave up and left. And not a car at the drive through windows. What either manger on duty should be fired along with the crew working. Just unbelievable. Took my money else where
This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been too! Pulled into the drive thru, only 3 cars a head of me. But after 15 minutes the car at the order spot still hadn't ordered. I thought man they really must be busy. But after giving up and leaving. All I seen was 1 car sitting in the pull ahead spot. NOONE ELSE WAS AT THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOWS! I don't if there was a new manger on duty or what. But that just ridiculous. Someone really need to take charge of this place!
One of the most disgusting fast food places I have ever walked into. Not only did it feel and look like nothing had been cleaned in weeks, the disgusting dead bugs were a sign we were canceling our order and leaving. We only came here bc my youngest wanted to try the play place and I wouldn’t even let him play on it bc everything was so gross. Not sure where management is but id say they need replaced to allow this to be their restaurant. Fast food or not there are cleanliness expectations.
Management very unprofessional and didn’t want to help. I had a birthday coupon and they ended up charging me for the item I wanted a refund the little shift manager told me he was dealing with it then they forgot food and made a big deal like I did something wrong. Where do these kids come from that can’t even do their job or treat people with respect. Ridiculous.
