I would give it zero stars if I could. The order was placed at one of the kiosks and the card reader was down. It took a crew member almost 5 minutes to acknowledge us so we could pay for our order. Then my father and I waited 30 minutes for our order of chicken nuggets, double hamburgers for the dogs, no salt fries, and two large drinks. When we finally received our food it was cold. coffee is always hott and service is friendly better than the one downtown massillon
Can’t take or receive orders because you’re the only one in the building? Drive past and there are two men in uniforms in the back that you can clearly see through the window.
Food was all right. I just don't understand it's a fast food restaurant. All you get is can you please pull up. You have to wait for 10-15 minutes before you get your food. It's not only at this McDonald's. The downtown Massillon one is horrible.
