I've been stuck in this stupid line at McDonald's for 15 minutes now. It's 6:00 in the morning. They are unbelievably slow. I would have abandoned my spot in the line except I already prepaid an order for mobile pickup.
My little sister just got home from picking up food from this location, she was getting off work. This happened about 30ish minutes ago- around 9:40ish on 1/11/26. She felt upset and angry because a girl at the drive thru was being extremely rude to her. And the same worker had a group of friends come through the second drive thru and the worker and her friends were making fun of her, as she could hear them over the speaker box. Totally uncool. Do better. Treat everyone with kindness.
Worst place yet, I clearly said over the mic for 2 squeezes of the patty salt for my cheeseburger and when I went to bite it, it tasted as there was no salt on it at all.
Did a drive thru and ordered a quarter pounder deluxe, 4 double cheese burgers, 10 piece chicken nugget and 5 medium fries... they had me pull ahead before I was seven able to stop at the drive thru window. They somehow missed the biggest box out of the 10 items I ordered. Not impressed. I have my daughters double check their homework better than McDonald's have their paid employees check bags.
