My party made an order on the kiosk and wanted to pay cash. So we took a ticket and we’re blatantly ignored at the register for 20 minutes. Was watching the order machine and there were only four, so they clearly aren’t the busiest location
Just your typical McDonald’s with nothing fancy. Prices are high, but that’s expected for Hawaii. Service was great. They brought our food to our table.
The staff is so wonderful and friendly, especially the man at the inside counter. A great way to start your day.
They really need to do basic customer service training with person at window collecting the payment - female with glasses and visor NEVER EVER smiles or says thank you. Several other workers there also don’t seem to have customer service skills down so managers/owners need to retrain and remind. They usually only have 1 drive thru lane open and can be slowww… I’ll only go here if I’m in the area.
