Fast service. Most of the employees are nice but every once in a while I'll get one who is rude or don't seem to know what they are doing
They no longer carry the buy one get one for a dollar anymore
I have had the mistake of not checking my food a few times after ordering via the mobile app/ All I can think of is they make a lot of food and then it sits around for hours. The burritos are usually very old and stale. I never imagined "hotcakes" would be cold and stale. Dont get me wrong this restaurant is usually very clean and friendly its just you need to check your food, if you dont you can wind up with cold, stale food and be stuck with it.
