I only get a sweet tea here. It's always a 'typical' McDonalds ... most people are courteous.
The customer service can often make or break a business and in my opinion, this location is lacking. The workers were rude and unhelpful in simple requests. The manager seemed to be very kind and asked if there was anything she could do simply when I was looking a bit confused (dealing with tech issues with the app).
Hours advertised as open until 11pm in the lobby and drive through, this location locked their doors over half an hour before closing and we couldn’t use the drive through with the trailer we were hauling — foods probably fine but I wouldn’t t know
