Waited in the drive through for a long time while 4 other cars from the other lane were spoken to and allowed to move up. We got a woman who said “hello” on the speaker and never heard anything again. Had to fully go inside to get food that we already paid for ahead of time. It’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This is why you shouldn’t have clueless teenagers working, but then again it’s McDonald so it’s FULL of kids who don’t know how to act or live
Very slow for ordering. Once we finally made it to the window after paying, we then had to park in a waiting spot because they just decided not to make the iced coffees we ordered. 3 iced coffees was all we ordered. How do you just not make the only thing in the order?
