Ordered food on Friday evening off of the app, my mother went by to pick it up for me and after waiting a hour they still could not find our order and the manager offered no assistance and was very unprofessional.we were told we had to contact corporate for this. To be expecific I waited over a 30min at the line , service was a little rude and also I don't know how Mcdonald recognize themselves as a fast food but let me tell you something THEY ARENT. my humble opinion.
