Took them 30 minutes to get our food and it was cold
I was so excited about the snack wraps being back. I love them crispy and NO SAUCE. No ranch...I had to say it like 4 times. She confirmed ...I get home... Only to take a huge bite out of a tiny SLIMY lettuceless - 1 piece of cheese DISGUSTING RANCH FILLED WRAP. What is wrong with this staff here!? Ruined my entire experience more than once but this was my final straw!!!! My dog won't even eat it. Disappointed is an understatement ☹️ P.s there were NO napkins ...
I mobile ordered a medium iced coffee at 5:15am. Arrived to pick up and was met with "Hold on." ok, cool, I totally understand. I've been in the industry for 15+ years. 8 minutes of waiting, I said, "Hello?" Which was met with "Do you have a mobile order?" I said "yes". The response, with a bunch of attitude, was, "What's the number?" I told her and pulled forward. Honestly, I completely understand being miserable in your life and hating being at a job. I just hope she finds happiness in her life because we all deserve that.... read more
