They either overcooking the French fries or using old oil...these are suppose to be fresh fries...and this is the only McDonald's that has burnt fries.
They NEVER give me the sauce for my chicken nuggets. Who wants to eat dry nuggets? Not me. Even when asked “did you put the sauce in the bag” they say yeah and when i return home to eat there will be no sauce.
They will not take orders from the drive through on nights. Everytime I have been there past 10pm the workers will simply pretend they aren't there, even if you've pulled around and can see them through the window. If they truly aren't 24 hours anymore, then they need to update their hours online so people know when to stop coming by. I'm not sure what happens if you order online pickup since no one will answer you.
