Best crab legs in the area
This location was very busy tonight! I placed an online order and switched to inside pickup when I saw the drive thru line backed up around the building. I was expecting to wait, but it only took about 10 minutes. Listen, I’ve had rough experiences at this location before. But, the young man working the counter and the other young man (manager maybe?) were busting their butts trying to get through the rush! Even politely dealing with unpleasant patrons in the lobby amidst the chaos.
Fast and perfect service
Placed an online order. When we arrived the drivetl they was packed. We went inside and we were told that since the online order was placed for drive thru pickup we could not pickup inside. The app wouldn't allow us to cancel the order. Sat in the drive thru for over an hour waiting for food we had already paid for. The cherry on top was that the food was cold when we got it and the employee said it would take another 30 minutes for them to remake it. Do not go the the Johnson road location.
