Took over 20 minutes to get my breakfast. Overcharged me it was wrong I only got half my meal and got me in trouble with my boss for being late most importantly wanted to eat breakfast before work and didn't wanna get fired
Okay Went in to get a sandwich and a shake spent $8.00. A triple cheeseburger only comes with mustard,Ketchup,pickle,onion right ask no pickle no mustard so that leaves onion and ketchup right. Well took it in there twice this is my burger again only ketchup would not serve to my dog. The manager was not Professional at all. Blamed the person that check it out no it's the person making it. If you wouldn't eat it don't serve it how hard is that for some people.
Went through the drive through and they had no money in the drawer to give change. They had to wait to get ahold of a manager to get change from the safe. Poor hiring and management there. They should always have someone on site with the ability to keep the drawers stocked. Smh. Edit: I came through for breakfast to give them another chance and still crap. I waited ten minutes for them to take three orders ahead of me. They should really train people to go back and forth between lanes. Still poor hiring and training practice... read more
