Went through the drive-through to get a large water and then they wanna tell me I gotta come in to get a water since I wouldn’t be charged for it so I told him just charge me for the stupid water. I have a job to get to just like they have a job to go to. I don’t have time to walk inside. That’s why I went through the drive-through get your team together because they suck.
This location removed all the refill options, cups, cup tops, straws, napkins, ketchup... Everything. See the photo. McDonald's has gone downhill severely, and they were never great.
