Stood behind one person for 5 minutes while employees walk around with no obvious clue to customer service. I can understand having to wait when it's busy but when you finally take the persons order in front of me and I am the only other customer at the register, you don't walk away. Management needs to train these employees on efficiency, proper greeting, and overall customer service.

SMELLS SO BAD!!!!! I walk by this located a few times and each time I walked by there was always a good handful of homeless people holed up in there. Which is fine. But today I walked in hoping to order food and have a seat and no matter where I walked, the entire restaurant smelled like a mixture of homeless people and French fries. It was so overwhelming and there was barely any ventilation so the air was thick. I had to walk right out. Okay so maybe my expectations were too high but given the area of this McDonald’s, I was expecting immaculate or close to it. For starters, the bathroom door is broken so it doesn’t lock. I had my daughter behind the door trying to push it close but guy actually pushed the door in while I was buttoning my pants (I’m a female). The bathroom also had no toilet paper, I had to ask for some when I first went in. The food came out quickly and my kids enjoyed it. The coffee was basically water with coffee flavor.
