Terrible service and employees on cell phones instead of being attentive to orders. Also the dirty soda machine.
Just left this 24 hours McDonald’s and they told me they’re closed at 3AM after my mobile order went through, which I use the app enough to know that you can’t place a mobile order at a closed McDonald’s plus it says the business confirmed they were 24 hours on the Google listing recently. Now because apparently employees get To decide when McDonald’s is open or closed regardless of the actual hours set, I have to wait 1 to 7 business days to get my money back for my mobile order refund.
