The reviews speak for themselves on this location. Every member is rude. Zero hospitality skills or customer service training. The franchise owner of this location should be embarrassed. There’s always a wait when mobile orders, up to 10-15 min. NOTHING takes that long to cook at McDonalds, even from a frozen state. Never any apple pies. Easily the WORST McDonald’s on the map. The staff is rude, lazy, and flat-out miserable—no greetings, no thank yous, just a dead-eyed ‘what do you want’ and silence when you’re polite. What happened to customer service? If you don’t like your job, QUIT. Ice cream machine? Always broken.
