They generally get out order wrong , but we are a picky bunch. That being said. We eat there a lot because it's cheap.
Workers are rude and clueless. They don’t know the menu. When I try to order a meal they tell me that particular thing doesn’t come as a meal which it does. They make my coffee wrong by adding add-on items to it without me ordering it that way. Every time I have to correct them they get an attitude. Whole store needs more training, including management.
The biscuit is only thawed ,they never put it in the oven
Went up to drive-thru n nobody was at the window for awhile I waited and waited nobody said anything I asked hello? Still no answer then the person at the window came on and rudely said we have other customers, I'm with the person at the window. I'll be with you when I can. This was said with a bad attitude. Clean, but order was wrong Inside is to clinical and not family friendly.
